Member Highlight: Rangeweiser
Hello all! Formally known as Rangeweiser. Everyone just calls me Range as it is much easier. You’ll often find me bouncing between chats or In the main voice channels chilling. I’d like to say if you ever need help don’t feel
hesitant to ask or feel nervous to jump in and chat!
What game got you hooked on gaming?
That is a tough one for me. It’s hard for me to Remember Which game exactly got me hooked. I can recall playing things such as Donkey Kong country, Mortal Kombat, Mega man and the likes. I feel as if when the Nintendo 64 came out is what really got me hooked. Not a specific game.
What do you do for a living?
Technically speaking, nothing atm due to Covid related issues. Prior to that though, I'm an Engineering Technician within the M&P side Of the aerospace industry. I basically design processes that adhere to Boeing Regulations/specifications as well as helping with developing and testing production methods To be as efficient as possible.
Tell us 3 interesting facts about yourself:
• I’ve luckily gotten the opportunity to travel to Japan, Canada, Mexico, Belgium along many other places!
• I was raised on a Ranch and was a good ol’ country boy for many years of my life.
• I’m almost embarrassed by this one but when I laugh too hard, I’ll randomly gag... lol. (you will never see/hear me do this!)
Do you have a Pet(s)?
YESSS!! My loving pet cat Named Squirrel! He is just a tabby kitty born on 03/JUL/2013. I love him soo much ♥
What is your favorite meal of all time?
As someone who is somewhat a “foodie” this would also be Pretty difficult for me. For now, I'll just say a good poke bowl!

What game got you hooked on gaming?
My first gaming experience was with the SEGA Genesis! My absolute favorite games to play were Streets of Rage and Golden Axe and they got me totally hooked on gaming. My first mmo experience that really got me hooked onto it was actually a really crappy p2w anime game called Fiesta Online lol Kind of embarrassing thinking about how much time I spent on that game but I developed a strong love for mmorpgs from it so I can't regret it!
What do you do for a living?
I currently work at a children's hospital as a nutrition technician! Gotta keep the babies fed and happy.
Tell us 3 interesting facts about yourself:
People actually have interesting facts about themselves??? Gotta dig deep for these answers but...
• I play flute, recorder and a little bit of piano
• I can speak very broken, pitiful Mandarin
• Not to toot my own horn but I'm pretty good at writing! Have won a few awards throughout my school days but of course I'm too lazy to do anything of value with it.
• BONUS: I'm a Kpooper as well, hit me up to talk about K-Pop we can go ALL day.
Do you have a Pet(s)?
I don't have any pets currently :c Sad life! But I absolutely LOVE dogs and have had an American pit bull and corgi in the past. Also despite my name and discord pic I'm actually not that fond of kitty cats
What is your favorite meal of all time?
Gotta be crab. If it was cheap I would literally eat a crab a day. Nothing better!

What game got you hooked on gaming?
I was 7 or 8 (circa 1990) when my parents got our first IBM x386 for accounting for my dad's business. We had a word processor and DOS and I spent literally hours writing stories and messing with DOS just to play with the computer. It had QBASIC programming language on it as well, which I learned to mess with the 'sample code' for Nibbles (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Nibbles_(video_game)) to make changes to the game. After that, it was any educational game (MathBlasters, Oregon Trail, etc). I grew up through Middle and High School on Multi-user Dungeons (text only versions of MMORPGS) on AOL, Command and Conquer, Warcraft 1 and 2, and Starcraft. I don't know if I remember a time I wasn't gaming every day.
What do you do for a living?
No surprise here, but I'm a computer programmer.
Tell us 3 interesting facts about yourself:
• I'm 37, married with 3 kids - ages 4 years old, 2 years old, and 4 months old.
• I enjoy woodworking - Recent projects include a computer table - stained and coated with epoxy, and a changing table for the baby.
• I read a lot of fantasy, science fiction, and lit-rpg books - more recently mostly on audiobook due to a very busy family life.
Do you have a Pet(s)?
We have two Maltese dogs: Gracie and Molly
What is your favorite meal of all time?
Every year for my birthday for at least 20 years, up until she passed away this last year, I went to Red Lobster with my oma (grandma) and had the Ultimate Feast – lobster tail, snow crab legs, garlic shrimp scampi, and grilled shrimp – with a shared brownie Sunday for desert.
